Minutes were accepted as presented.

1. Financial Report for February 2025
Administrator Witt discussed the financial report for February 2025.
2. Ordinance to Amend Chapter 1 - Citations and General Provisions - of the St. Croix County Code of Ordinances
Corporation Counsel Heather Amos explained the proposed changes within the code. Amos formatted changes,
updated charts, and other information which has been updated in other ordinances.
Motion: Motion to Recommend Ordinance to Amend Chapter 1 - Citations and General Provisions - of
the St. Croix County Code of Ordinances.

3. Resolution Amending Personnel Policy - Vehicle Usage
Finance Director Dustin Hawkins discussed the information that has been updated on the vehicle policy.
Motion: To amend the personnel policy to modify trailer and towing to include light connection and
tobacco use include vaping to be prohibited.

4. Consideration of Deputy Medical Examiner Pay Structure
Human Resources Director Audrie Haycraft discussed the Deputy Medical Examiner pay structure. Haycraft discussed
the significance of transitioning the Deputy Medical Examiners from per diem pay to an hourly schedule.
Motion: Approve revised Deputy Medical Examiner Pay Structure
