Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 9:07 am
Roll Call
PRESENT: Barbara Giles, Hugh Gwin, Christine Hines
Also Present: Jessica Lehman
Approval of Minutes
1. Minutes of Previous Meeting - November 12, 2024
Minutes were accepted as presented.
Business
1. Canvass the results of the February 18, 2025 Spring Primary for State Superintendent of Public Instruction and
St. Croix County Circuit Court Judge Branch 2
Clerk Hines noted that there are two offices to certify - State Superintendent of Public Instruction and St. Croix County
Circuit Court Judge Branch 2. There was one registered write-in candidate for State Superintendent of Public
Instruction- Doug Carlson. There was one school board primary for the School District of Somerset. There were no
other primary elections on the ballot. There were 40 reporting units. There were no provisional voters. There were 57
Reported Election Day Registrations per inspector statements/BB review. (According to WisVote on 02/24/2025 there
were 57 Election Day Registrations). Individual results/participation from tapes/poll book were compared to unofficial
results posted on the County Clerks Election page on Election night and all results numbers match.
The County Board of Canvassers reviewed election materials and results and certified the election results as follows:
