BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Election of Chair
Nomination by Peg Gagnon/George Zaske to elect Dave Ostness as Chair of the Transit
Commission. Motion to close nominations and cast unanimous ballot. Motion carried.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. Election of Vice Chair
Nomination by George Zaske/Paulette Anderson to elect Peg Gagnon as Vice Chair of
the Transit Commission. Motion to close nominations and cast unanimous ballot. Motion
carried.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Establish a Meeting Schedule and Location
The Transit Commission is scheduled to meet on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 10:00
am, at the Baldwin Highway Facility.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
4. Review and Consider Transit Options for St. Croix County in 2021
Motion made by Julie Dillion/Paulette Anderson to communicate with St. Croix County
communities to investigate interest in a shared-ride pilot that would serve St. Croix
County from approximately State Trunk Highway 65 to the west, with potential of
expanding the program based on the results of the pilot. Motion Carried.
