1. Discuss Strategic Planning
The Transit reviewed the Strategic Directions and assigned action plans.

REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
Invite City of Hudson staff to the next Transit meeting for an update on their transit discussions
Address Action Plan
Review Transportation research programs along with Lyft information
Invite Union Pacific railroad and passenger rail representatives
ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE
The City of Hudson is in process of expanding Ride Share and possibly coordinating a funding
study this summer.
