Call to Order: This meeting of the 980 Committee was called to order by Chair Rohl at approximately
8:00 a.m.

Approval of Minutes: After review of the 980 Committee Sept. 11, 2018 minutes, a motion was made
by DOC Supervisor Mark Lemke to approve the minutes as submitted and a second was made by
Behavioral Health Administrator Steve Kirt. A voice vote was taken and minutes approved.
Public Comment: No Public Comment
Agenda Items:
1) Report on Residential Options in St. Croix County for Person on Supervised Release
Chair Rohl reviewed the list of the potential residence that meet the necessary criteria as
options for the supervised release. The group viewed photos of the properties online. Some
are for sale others for rent. These homes need to be handicapped accessible and meet
geographic restrictions.
Committee discussed the best way to go about finding a residence and the role of the County
in all of this. Committee members were assigned to complete tasks prior to next meeting and
bring back for the Committee to review.

Adjourn: A Motion to adjourn was made by DOC Supervisor Mark Lemke and was seconded by
Behavioral Health Administrator Steve Kirt. Meeting called adjourned at 9:14 am.
A quorum of the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors (County Board) may be present at this
meeting. Therefore, this notice also serves as notice of a meeting of the County Board for the purpose of
obtaining information relating to subjects listed above for use at future County Board meetings.
