and Nancy Bieraugel. Staff present: Administrative Coordinator
Chuck Whiting, Corporation Counsel Greg Timmerman and County

Next regular meeting is June 7, 8:30 a.m.
Resolution Regarding Purchase Agreement on Property Below Glyn
Hills #2 Dam: County Conservationist Bob Heise and Consultant
Dave Selissen present. Whiting stated the agreement basically
calls for the County to purchase the Brettingen property, pay her
a supplemental housing payment, sell and remove the house on the
property and sell the vacant property back to Ms. Brettingen.
Selissen said the standards from Federal Uniform Relocation Plan
must be used in order to maintain the Federal funding for this
agreement.
Heise said the projected sale of the house for $10,000 was the
worse case scenerio. The County will put deed restrictions on
the 6 acres of land sold back to Brettingen. The County's net
share of the cost is $45,937.50. The revenue is approximately
$26,000 more than was anticipated.
Motion by Bieraugel, 2nd by Krueger to recommend approval of the
Purchase Agreement Resolution to the County Board upon
satisfactory review of title to the property by Corporation
Counsel Timmerman. Carried.
Swenson thanked Heise for his work on this project.
Spring Valley Library Payment: Timmerman said the Spring Valley
Librarian had verified the rural circulation numbers to County
Clerk Sue Nelson and this library should be paid 700 of the costs
required by Act 150. Motion by Dorsey, 2nd by Bieraugel to pay
the Spring Valley Library $1688 from the Contingency Fund.
Carried.
Motion to adjourn by Swenson, 2nd by Krueger. Meeting adjourned
at 6:50 p.m: prior to the County Board meeting.
