Present: Tom O'Connell, Tom Dorsey, Stan Krueger, Ralph Swenson and Nancy Bieraugel. Staff present: Administrative Coordinator Chuck Whiting, Corporation Counsel Greg Timmerman and County Clerk Sue Nelson. Others present: Suprs. Jensen and Berenschot. Motion to adopt the agenda by Krueger, 2nd by Swenson. Carried. Next regular meeting is June 7, 8:30 a.m. Resolution Regarding Purchase Agreement on Property Below Glyn Hills #2 Dam: County Conservationist Bob Heise and Consultant Dave Selissen present. Whiting stated the agreement basically calls for the County to purchase the Brettingen property, pay her a supplemental housing payment, sell and remove the house on the property and sell the vacant property back to Ms. Brettingen. Selissen said the standards from Federal Uniform Relocation Plan must be used in order to maintain the Federal funding for this agreement. Heise said the projected sale of the house for $10,000 was the worse case scenerio. The County will put deed restrictions on the 6 acres of land sold back to Brettingen. The County's net share of the cost is $45,937.50. The revenue is approximately $26,000 more than was anticipated. Motion by Bieraugel, 2nd by Krueger to recommend approval of the Purchase Agreement Resolution to the County Board upon satisfactory review of title to the property by Corporation Counsel Timmerman. Carried. Swenson thanked Heise for his work on this project. Spring Valley Library Payment: Timmerman said the Spring Valley Librarian had verified the rural circulation numbers to County Clerk Sue Nelson and this library should be paid 700 of the costs required by Act 150. Motion by Dorsey, 2nd by Bieraugel to pay the Spring Valley Library $1688 from the Contingency Fund. Carried. Motion to adjourn by Swenson, 2nd by Krueger. Meeting adjourned at 6:50 p.m: prior to the County Board meeting. Stan Krueger, Secretary
