SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 31 NORTH, RANGE 18 WEST, TOWN OF STAR PRAIRIE,
11.68 ACRES FROM R-1 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO R-2 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
1 The County Board of Supervisors of the County of St. Croix does ordain as follows:

3 The St. Croix County Code of Ordinances, Land Use and Development, for the County of St.
4 Croix, Wisconsin, is hereby amended by rezoning the following property:

6 Part of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 34, Township 29 North, Range
7 15 West, Town of Star Prairie, St. Croix County, Wisconsin; more particularly described as
8 follows:

10 Lot 4 of Certified Survey Map Volume 33, Volume 7417, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.

12 From R-1 Residential Zoning District to R-2 Residential Zoning District.

14 The official zoning map of the Town of Star Prairie on file in the Community Development
15 Department shall be amended in accordance with this ordinance.

17 This ordinance shall be effective upon passage and publication as provided in Wis. Stat. § 59.14.
18 This ordinance shall not be codified.
