Resolution No. 18 (2025)
RESOLUTION APPROVING TEXT AMENDMENT TO THE TOWN
OF HUDSON ZONING ORDINANCE -CHAPTER 105 (ZONING)
1 WHEREAS, on January 20, 2025, the Town of Hudson Plan Commission held a
2 properly noticed meeting and recommended approval of the proposed zoning amendment to
3 Chapter 105-10, G, (3)(q) of the Town Zoning Ordinance; and
4
5 WHEREAS, on February 25, 2025, the Town of Hudson Town Board held a properly
6 noticed public hearing to discuss a text amendment to the Town of Hudson Zoning Ordinance,
7 specifically Chapter 105-10, G, (3)(q); and
8
9 WHEREAS, on March 4, 2025, the Town of Hudson Town Board held a properly
10 noticed meeting and approved an amendment to Chapter 105-10, G, (3)(q); and
11
12 WHEREAS, following discussion of the item at the March 4, 2025 meeting, the Town
13 Board approved the zoning text amendment shown in Exhibit A; and
14
15 WHEREAS, Wisconsin Statute § 60.62(3) states that in counties having a county zoning
16 ordinance no town ordinance amendment is effective unless approved by the county board; and
17
18 WHEREAS, St. Croix County has a zoning ordinance; and
19
20 WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Community Development Committee has reviewed
21 the proposed amendments and recommends approval.

23 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Board of
24 Supervisors hereby approves the amendment to the Town of Hudson Zoning Ordinance
25 described above.
