APPROVAL OF MINUTES PUBLIC COMMENT BUSINESS ITEMS 1. Election of Chair and Vice Chair Chair-Nomination by Scott Nelson/Paulette Anderson to elect William Peavey as Chair of the Ad Hoc Transportation Space Needs Facility Planning Committee. Motion carried. Vice Chair-Nomination by Scott Nelson/Jerry VanSomeren to elect Dave Peterson as Vice Chair of the Ad Hoc Transportation Space Needs Facility Planning Committee. Motion carried. RESULT: DISCUSSED 2. Facility Study Document Review The Committee reviewed the St. Croix County Highway Department Facilities Study document. This document is available for review at the St. Croix County Highway Department, Hammond. RESULT: DISCUSSED 3. Tour of Hammond Facility Todd Rehnelt gave a tour of the Hammond Highway Department to the Committee. RESULT: DISCUSSED REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS Review a draft Request for Proposals Tour various highway facilities Presentation of Cedar Corporation Study ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE ADJOURN DATE OF NEXT MEETING The next meeting for the Ad Hoc Transportation Space Needs Facility Planning Committee is scheduled for September 19, 2016, 8:30 am, Hammond Highway Department.
