15, 2016 8:30 AM

BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Highway Department Facility Presentation
Tim Ramberg, Todd Rehnelt and Cory Scheidler reviewed the Highway Department
Facility Presentation. Prior to making any changes, the Ad Hoc Transportation Needs
Facility Planning Committee would prefer to discuss any suggestions at a future meeting.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. Review Draft Request for Proposals
The Ad Hoc Transportation Needs Facility Planning Committee postponed the review of
the Draft Request for Proposals until the 2017 Budget is approved.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Discuss Future Highway Facility Tours
The Ad Hoc Transportation Needs Facility Planning Committee discussed taking tours of
various Highway shops in Minnesota and Wisconsin during the months of November
and December.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
4. Discuss future meeting dates of the Ad Hoc Transportation Needs Facility Planning
Committee
The Ad Hoc Transportation Needs Facility Planning Committee changed their meeting
date to the third Tuesday of each month beginning November 15.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
