Ad Hoc Transportation Space Needs Facility Planning Committee – Regular – September 26, 2016 8:30 AM RESULT: ACCEPTED PUBLIC COMMENT None VOTING AGENDA ITEM 1. Consider Request for Proposals Architectural & Engineering Firms Motion made by Dave Peterson/Scott Nelson to approve the Request for Proposals Architectural & Engineering Firms upon amending the timeline deadline dates and subject to review from Corporate Counsel and Administration. Motion Carried. RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS] MOVER: David Peterson, Supervisor SECONDER: Scott Nelson, Supervisor AYES: David Peterson, William Peavey, Scott Nelson, Jill Ann Berke, Paulette Anderson, Scott Counter, Jerry VanSomeren BUSINESS ITEMS 1. Discuss Future Highway Facility Tours The Committee narrowed the list of Highway facilities to tour. Todd Rehnelt offered to propose dates and locations for 2 sites. RESULT: DISCUSSED 2. Hammond Building Study Presentation Update The Committee reviewed the Hammond Building Study Presentation. The Committee agreed the update the book by including information on Phase 1, financial information and repurposing the existing Hammond Shop. RESULT: DISCUSSED 3. Discuss Capital Improvement Program The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors meets on December 6, 2017 for discussion and voting on the Capital Improvement Program. RESULT: DISCUSSED REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE Todd Rehnelt shared with the Committee information from Norman Barrientos, Barrientos Design & Consulting, regarding the sharing of a new building with other St. Croix County departments. ADJOURN DATE OF NEXT MEETING The next meeting of the Ad Hoc Transportation Space Needs Facility Planning Committee is scheduled for December 20, 2016, 8:30 am at the Hammond Highway office.
