1. Ad Hoc Transportation Space Needs Facility Planning Committee – Regular – November
15, 2016 9:30 AM

None.
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Update Request for Proposals Architectural & Engineering Firms
Todd Rehnelt reviewed the Request for Proposals with the Committee. The proposals are
due January 10, 2017. Staff plans to review all proposals and share the results with the
Ad Hoc Transportation Planning Committee on January 24, 2017. The Ad Hoc
Transportation Space Needs Facility Planning Committee is scheduled to interview
candidates on January 31-31, 2017.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. Discuss Highway Facility Tours
The Committee discussed touring various facilities in Wisconsin and Minnesota possibly
after a firm is selected. The Committee also discussed individual visits.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Discuss January Meeting Dates
Due to the deadline of the proposal, the Ad Hoc Transportation Space Needs Facility
Planning Committee agreed to change the January meeting date to the 24th at 8:30 am.
Phase I interviews are scheduled to be held on January 30-31, 2017 at the Agricultural
Service & Education Center in Baldwin.
