The St. Croix County Community Development Committee will be conducting a public hearing on
September 20, 2012 at 6:30 p.m., at the St. Croix County Government Center, County Board
Room, 1101 Carmichael Rd., Hudson, Wisconsin, to consider the following petition(s):
REZONING
APPLICANT: James Pickerign
LOCATION: Part of the SE1/4 of the SW1/4, Section 28, T29N, R15W, Town of
Springfield, and part of Block 23, Plat of Hersey.
ADDRESS: US Hwy 12, Wilson, WI
REQUEST: To rezone approximately 0.25 acres from Ag-Residential to Commercial
pursuant to Section 17.72 of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance.

Zoning Department, Hudson, Wisconsin. In the case of cancellation of this hearing, such notice
