Jim Elsbury, Facilities Director started the pre proposal conference at 2:00pm.

BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Job Site Tour
Karl Oestreich, Facilities Maintenance Mechanic led a tour of the existing Health Center.
Questions were to be held until the tour concluded.
2. Pre Proposal Conference
Attendees re-assembled in the Health Center Social Room and questions were answered
by staff. Jim Elsbury, Facilities Director indicated that the questions and answers would
be posted on the County website by the end of business on 8/6/14. (Copy of questions
from 8/5/14 and posted 8/6/14 attached). Any additional questions are due by 8/7/14 with
all questions and answers posted to the County website. (Copy of questions posted on
8/11/14 attached).

The meeting adjourned at approximately 3:30pm.
