BUSINESS ITEMS
1. CJCC Bylaws Revision - Draft
Discussion was held on recommended changes to the CJCC Bylaws to allow
Subcommittee chairs to add members as needed to complete the mission and goals of
each group. Also changed was language updates to included MinuteTraq and all judges
are part of the oversight Treatment Court(s) subcommittee. Motion to accept the changes
was made by Pat Thompson, second by Roger Larson. Approved by unanimous vote.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

EXCUSED: Scott Needham
