1. Review Project Scope & Timeline With CBS2
CBS Squared and Featherstone Real Estate Group provided information regarding a land
search within St. Croix County.
The Committee requested a land search within 5 or 6 miles from Hammond, a minimum
of 40 buildable acres and a possible storage area for other interested departments.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. Discuss Highway Facility Tours
The Committee is scheduled to tour the Washington County, MN Highway Facility on
March 21, 2017.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Review Team Share Site
Todd Rehnelt gave an overview of the Ad Hoc Transportation Space Needs Facility
Planning Committee Team Site.
