A quorum of the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors (County Board) may be present at this meeting.
Therefore, this notice also serves as notice of a meeting of the County Board for the purpose of obtaining
information relating to subjects listed above for use at future County Board Meetings.

BUSINESS ITEMS
1. The Ethics Board may go into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. §§ 19.85(1)(b)
and/or (1)(f) to consider final disposition of ethics complaints considered at its
meeting on October 3, 2016 and to approve minutes in closed session on October 3,
2016
2. The Ethics Board may reconvene into open session
3. The Ethics Board may go into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. §§ 19.85(1)(b)
and/or (1)(f) to consider an ethics complaint filed pursuant to the St. Croix County
Ethics Code and conduct a hearing on the ethics complaint. The hearing will be
conducted in closed session unless the accused person requests in writing that the
hearing be open to the public.
4. The Ethics Board may reconvene into open session
