APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. Ad Hoc Transportation Space Needs Facility Planning Committee – Regular – December 19, 2017 10:00 AM RESULT: ACCEPTED PUBLIC COMMENT BUSINESS ITEMS 1. Bid Package #1 Update Bid Package #1 will be let February 8, 2018. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for January 31, 2018, 10:00 am, County Board Room, County Government Center, Hudson. RESULT: DISCUSSED 2. Bid Package #2 Update Bid Package #2 will be published in February 2018. RESULT: DISCUSSED 3. Sustainability Analysis Update Staff is reviewing plans for the mechanical system, climate control system, brine system, chloride and waste water runoff control and used oil recycling. RESULT: DISCUSSED 4. Discuss Proposed Highway Facility Rob Krejci shared rendered drawings of the Highway Facility in Baldwin. RESULT: DISCUSSED 5. Discuss WISDOT Baldwin Facility Salt Shed Staff is working with WISDOT on the salt shed at the Baldwin site.
