1. Ad Hoc Transportation Space Needs Facility Planning Committee – Regular – January

BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Bid Packages Update
Rob Krejci and Ken Francois reviewed bid package three along with bid package one and
two. Staging of equipment is being scheduled.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. Discuss WISDOT Baldwin Facility Salt Shed
Staff reviewed the optimization routes with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
Discussion continues on the WISDOT salt shed at the Baldwin facility. Staff plans to
have more information in May.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Groundbreaking Ceremony Baldwin Facility
Upon adjournment, the Committee and staff attended the groundbreaking ceremony at
Baldwin.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
