1. Ad Hoc Transportation Space Needs Facility Planning Committee – Regular – August
15, 2017 8:30 AM

BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Update on Construction Manager RFP
Robbie Krejci updated the Committee on the Construction Manager Request for
Proposal. The proposal has been placed on the County website and also in the County
official paper. Construction Manager interviews are scheduled for October 17.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. Consider Contract for Architectural Services for Proposed Highway Facility
Motion by Peterson/Anderson to approve the CBS-Squared contract for Architectural
Services for the proposed Highway facility pending review of Corporation Counsel and
authorize the Highway Commissioner to execute said contract. Motion carried.
