1. Construction Manager Interviews
The Committee interviewed two companies for Construction Management Services.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. Consider Selection of a Construction Manager for the Proposed Highway Facility Project
Motion by Berke/Peterson to select Kraus-Anderson as the Construction Manager for the
Highway Facility project and authorize Rob Krejci to execute the contract on behalf of
the Committee pending review from Corporation Counsel. Motion carried.
