1. Update from CBS Squared
Bob Sworski and Cheryl Claflin gave a updated presentation of the building design
progress.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. Update from Kraus-Anderson
Ken Francois reviewed the current set of plans and presented a preliminary schedule of
construction. Bid packages are scheduled to be release early 2018.

3. Site Work Update
Staff is working with the DNR completing the permit process. Staff is also reviewing the
grading schedule.

4. Review Hammond Site Appraisal
The Ad Hoc Committee and staff reviewed and discussed the Hammond Site appraisal.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
5. Discuss WISDOT Baldwin Facility Salt Shed
Rob Krejci is working with WISDOT on the salt shed at the Baldwin site.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
