1. Ad Hoc Transportation Space Needs Facility Planning Committee – Regular – March
29, 2018 8:30 AM

BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Establish a Meeing Schedule and Meeting Location
The Ad Hoc Committee is scheduled to meet the third Tuesday of each month at
8:00 am on an as needed basis. If possible, the meetings will be held at the Baldwin
Highway site facility.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. Highway Facility Update
Staff has posted an updated drone video to the County website. Pre cast panels are
scheduled to be installed the week July 23. Grading is expected to be completed at
the end of August.
Kraus-Anderson reviewed the project timeline.

3. Tour of Baldwin Site
Upon adjournment the Committee had a vehicle tour of the site.
