1. Baldwin Facility Construction Update
Ken Francois provided an update and an overview of the timeline on the Highway facility.

2. Baldwin Facility Budget Update
Rob Krejci reviewed the Facility Budget.

3. Baldwin Facility Tour
Rob Krejci, Todd Rehnelt and Ken Francois gave a building tour to the Ad Hoc
Committee.

REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
Determine January and February Committee dates.
Review photos for Baldwin Facility.
ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE
Staff will review and begin marketing the Hammond facility in January.
The Emergency Management Service area will stay at the Hammond site and be fenced
accordingly.
