of the Baldwin Facility.

ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE
Rob Krejci reviewed the Request for Proposal for real estate services regarding the Hammond
Facility. Todd Rehnelt discussed the Utility Rebate. Staff plans to schedule paving of the Baldwin
Facility as soon as weather permits with expected completion early June 2019.
