1. Ad Hoc Transportation Space Needs Facility Planning Committee – Regular –
February 19, 2019 8:00 AM
RESULT: ACCEPTED

BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Facility Construction Update
The contractors are completing painting and floor polishing. Fiber optic is scheduled to
be installed on June 19. The Certificate of Occupancy is expected to be issued May 6.
The Highway Department plans to pave the area as soon as the hot mix plants are open.
Landscaping and restoration will commence early summer. The latest drone video of the
site has been posted on the County web site.

2. Facility Budget Upate
Ken Francois, Rob Krejci and Todd Rehnelt provided a budget update. Upon completion
of the Facility, the Ad Hoc Committee will review and discuss any allocation of remaining
funds.

3. Update Emergency Services Hammond Tower
Staff discussed the options for the ESS Tower at the Hammond facility.
RESULT: DISCUSSED

ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE
An Open House at the Baldwin facility is being planned for July.
The July 25 Wisconsin Towns Association meeting is scheduled to meet at the Baldwin facility.
