1. Budget Update
Rob Krejci and Todd Rehnelt reviewed the budget. The Wisconsin DOT has committed
to payment of the State salt shed. The contractors and staff are completing punch out
lists. Staff will be reviewing the final numbers for County Board discussion.

2. Completion & Close Out of Ad Hoc Transportation Space Needs Facility Planning
Committee
The Ad Hoc Transportation Space Needs Facility Planning Committee extended their
gratitude to Rob Krejci and Todd Rehnelt for their hard work and dedication to the
planning and construction of the Baldwin Highway Facility. Rob Krejci and Todd Rehnelt
thanked the Ad Hoc Transportation Space Needs Facility Planning Committee for their
support throughout this process.

3. Tour of the Baldwin Highway Facility
The Committee toured the Baldwin Facility.

ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE
An open house is being scheduled for September 2019. Rob Krejci and Todd Rehnelt plan to
meet with Feather Real Estate regarding the sale of the Hammond Facility.
