1. Review of other proposals/alternatives for future operation of the
Nursing Home
2. Review of Ecumen’s proposal for the future operation of the Nursing
Home.
3. Closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute§ 19.85 (l) (e) to
negotiate with Health Dimensions (10:30 AM) terms of proposals for the
future operation of the Nursing Home. Reconvene in open session.
4. Closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute§ 19.85 (l) (e) to
negotiate with Presbyterian Home (1:30 PM) terms of proposals for the
future operation of the Nursing Home. Reconvene in open session.
