The County Board of Supervisors of the County of St. Croix does ordain as follows:
The St. Croix County Code of Ordinances, Land Use and Development, for the County of St.
Croix, Wisconsin, is hereby amended by rezoning the following property:
Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW 1/4 of SW 1/4) of Section 2, Township
28 North, Range 16 West, Town of Eau Galle, St. Croix County, Wisconsin; more particularly
described as follows:
That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW 1/4 of SW 1/4), lying northerly of
Interstate Highway "94", Section Two (2), Township Twenty-eight North (T28N), Range Sixteen
West (R16W), St. Croix County, Wisconsin. EXCEPT parts deeded to the State of Wisconsin
described in Volume 340 of Records, page 439, as Document No. 250774,
AND EXCEPT parts deeded to the Village of Woodville, in Volume 634 of Records, page 551, as
Document No. 373064, and in Volume 2898 of Records, page 566, as Document No. 807944;
TOGETHER WITH rights as shown in Quit Claim Deed from the Village of Woodville, recorded
in Volume 634 of Records, page 552, as Document No. 373065
From R-2 Residential Zoning District to R-1 Residential Zoning District.
The official zoning map of the Town of Star Prairie on file in the Community Development
Department shall be amended in accordance with this ordinance.
This ordinance shall be effective upon passage and publication as provided in Wis. Stat. § 59.14.
This ordinance shall not be codified.
