Wisconsin more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest comer of Lot 12, Glenview Estates for the Point of Beginning of
the parcel herein described;
thence on an assumed bearing of North-32°07'30"-West„ along the westerly line of Lot 11, a
distance of 126.94 feet to an iron rod;
thence North-61°47'57"-Bast, 178,22 feet,
thence along the arc of a curve, concave northeasterly, for an arc length of 46.04 feet, said
curve having a central angle of 43°58'00", a radius of 60.00 feet, and a chord that bears South-
86°56'3°x"-East, for 44.92 feet;
thence South-18°55'32"-East, along the east line of said Lot 12, a distance of 125.09 feet to the
southeast corner of said Lot 12;
thence South-67°55'01"-West, along the southerly line of said Lot 12, a distance of 188.85 feet
to the Point of Beginning.
