I^IHEREAS , the Tovrn Board o f the To!rnship o f Baldwln held
various public meeElngs concerning a proposed change from agricultural-
resident!aI z on 1ng to agrlcuttural z on ing for !he entire Township,
wlth certain excep t lons , and
WHEREAS, the Town Board for the Township of Baldwin met on
February 8, 1983 and approved by a vote of three (3) to zero (0) rhaE
