Count.y Board of countles havlng a Zoning 0rdinance, and
iTHEREAS, the To\rn Board of !he To!rnship of Baldwin held
various public meeElngs concernlng a proposed change from agricultural-
residentiaL zoning to agrlcultural zoning for the entire Township,
wiEh cerEajo excePtions, and
t^IHEREAS, the Town Board for the Township of Baldwin met on
February 8, 1983 and approved by a vote of three (3) to zero (0) thar
the Township be rezoned from a g r i c u 1 ! u r a L - r e s i d e n t i a I co agricultural
\,rith cerEain exceptions as are more particuJ"arly set forth on the
official Township of Baldwin Zoning Map, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Comprehenslve Zonlng, Parks and
PLanning Committee received an official IeEter from the Township of
Baldvin indicaEing such recommendation for rezonlng, and met on
February 28, I983 and approved of such recommendacion Vy a-5 to O
vote.
NOl.I THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the SE. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, neeting in regular sesslon, that the action t aken by the

are he r eby approved as foLlows:

residential to agricul!uraf distrlct as more particularly set forth ln
the st. crolx county Zonlng ordinance section 2.4 EXCEPT Ehose areas
excluded from the agriculEural district on the official To'wnship of
Baldwin Zoning Map, whlch is incorporated by reference as nore par-
ticularly set forth in said zonlng Map which is filed \^Ilth the st.
Croix County Zoning Administrator, with a coPy being retained by the
St. Croix County CLerk.
