Counf)' Board of countles having a Zoning Ordinance, and
\THEREAS, the To\rn Board of the To!'Jnship of Baldwin held
various publlc lleeElngs concerning a proposed change from agricultural-
residenEial zoning !o agrlcultural zoning for the entire Township,
wi Eh certain excePtions ' and
1,HEREAS, Ehe Town Board for the Township of Baldvin met on
February 8, 1983 and approved by a vote of three (3) to zero (0) thaE
the Township be rezoned f rorn a g r i c u 1 t u r a 1- r e s j- d e n c i a 1 to agricultural
wi Eh cerEain excep t lons as are more part icularly set forth on the
official Township of Baldwin Zonlng Map, and
I^'HEREAS , the SE. Crolx County ComPrehensive Zonlng, Parks and
Planning CommlEtee received an offlcial letter from the Township of
Baldwin indicatlng s uch recommendaEion for rezoning, and mec on
February 28, Lg83 and approved of such recommendarion by a -'5-to O

NOlJ THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the S!. Crolx County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in reguLar session, that the action taken by the
,lown lloard of the 'l'ownshlp of llaldwin and t[]c r e c o n nr c D d a L I o ll by Ehe
Sc. Croix County ComPrehenslve Zonlng, Parks and Planning Commirtee
are he reb y app roved as follows:
f) The Town of Bal-dwln is hereby rezoned from agricullural-
residential to agrlcultural district as more partlcularly set forth ln
the sr. cro ix co un ty zoning ordlnance sect ion 2.4 EXCEPT those axeas
excluded fron the agricultural district on Ehe official To,wnship of
Baldwin Zoning Map, whlch is incorporated by reference as more par-
ticularly set forth 1n sald Zoning Map which is flled wj-th the St '
Croix County Zoning Administrator, wi rh a coPy bein g retained by the
St. Cro ix County CLerk.
2) Parcels may be rezoned f rom the TovrnshlP of Baldwin
agricuLtural district to any of the other zoning districts as rnore
