County Board o f count 1es havlng a Zoning Ordinance , and
WHEREAS, the To\^,n Board of the Township of Baldwin held
various public xqeetlngs concernlng a proposed change from agriculEuraJ'-
residenElal zonlng to agrlculrural zon ing for the entire Tov,nship '
wiEh certain exceptlons r and
wHEREAS, the Town Board for the Township of Baldwin net on
February 8, 1983 and approved by a vote of three (3) to zero (0) rhaE
the Towns h i p be rezoned from a grl cul ! ural- res i den! ia I Eo agllcultural
\.,ith certain exceptlons as are more parlicularly set forth on the
official Tounshlp of Baldwln Zonlng Map, and
WHEREAS, the SE. Croix County Comprehensive Zonlng, Parks and
Planning CommltEee received an o fficLaL Ietter f rorn the Township of
Baldwin indicating such recommendatlon for rezoning ' and met on
February 2B, I983 and approved of such recommendaEion by ,-5 to O

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
