procedure for a Town Board to recommend that zonlng districcs be

County Board of countles havlng a Zon in g ordinance ' and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Township of Baldwin held
various public meeElngs concernlng a proposed change from agricultural-
resident iaI zon 1n g to agrlcuIEuraI zoning for Ehe entire Township,
r.ri th cer!ain excePElons, and
l.IHEREAS, !he Town Board for the Townshlp of Baldwin net on
February 8, 1983 and approved by a voEe of three (3) to zero (0) thaE

with cerEain excePtlons as are more particularly seE forth on the
official TownshlP of Baldwln Zoning MaP, and

Supervisors, meeting in regular session, Ehat the action caken by the

St. Croix CounEy Comprehenslve Zoning, Parks and Planning Committee
are he reby approved as follows:
1) The Town of Baldwtn ts hereby rezoned from agriculEural-
res idential to agriculEural distrlct as more particularly set forth In
Ehe st. croix counEy zoning ordlnance secEion 2,4 EXCEPT those areas
excLuded f rom the agrlcultural district on Ehe official To,wnshiP of
Balduin zonlng Map, whlch is lncorPorated by refarence as more Par-
EicuIarly set forth in said Zonlng Map which 1s fl1ed wiEh the St'
Croi x County zoning AdminlstraEor, with a copy being retained by lhe
St. Croix CounEy CIerk.
2) Parcels may be rezoned f rom the ToL'nshlp of Baldwin
