WHEREAS , the Town Boa rd of the Tovnship of BaLdwin held
various pubric meeElngs concernlng a proposed change f rorn agrlcultural-
residential z on ing to agrlculEural zoning for the entire Township,
wlEh certain except ions, and
tJHEREAS, Ehe Town Board f or Ehe To\.rnship of Baldwin mer on
February 8, I983 and approved by a voEe of three (3) to zero (O) rhat
the Township be rezoned from a g r i c u I c u r a 1 - r e s i d e n t i a 1 to agricultural
wich certain excepEions as are more particularly set forEh on the
official Township of Baldwin Zonlng Map, and
WHEREAS , the St. Croix County Conprehensive Zoning, parks and
Planning CommitEee received an official leEter from the Township of
Balduin indicating such recommendatlon for rezoning, and net on
