WHEREAS , Ehe Town Board of Ehe Township of Baldwin held
various public meetlngs concernlng a proposed change from agricultural-
residential zontng to agrlculEural zoning for the entire Township,
with cercain excePt ions, and
WHEREAS, Ehe Town Board for the Township of Baldwin net on
February 8, 1983 and approved by a vote of three (3) to zero (0) thal

are hereby app roved as follows:

residentlal to agrlcultural dlstrlct as more particularly set forth ln
the sE. crolx co un ty z on lng ordlnance section 2.4 EXCEPT Ehose areas
excluded froo the agrlcultural dlstrict on the offlclal To,wnshlp of
Baldvin Zoni-ng Map, whlch ls lncorporaEed by reference as more Par-

Croix County Zoning Adminlstrator, with a copy being retained by the
