My team acquired a copy of the recorded Plat (the Map) and performed measurements to locate the property corners. We found the iron survey monuments at the property corners of the lot as indicated on the Map and measurements between found monuments fit with the dimensions shown on the Map. My team placed wood lath and flagging near each monument to mark the locations. Additional wood stakes with flagging were placed along the property lines to aid in visualizing the line location. I, Ty R. Dodge, Wisconsin Professional Land Surveyor, hereby certify that this survey was done by me, or under my direct supervision, and is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. Field surveying was completed on September 24, 2025.
