Betty Zuettel, Town of Baldwin, addressed the Committee, asking that an outlot on her property
be looked at by appropriate officials to determine if it could somehow be defined as a buildable
lot. Fisher recommended that the Land and Water Conservation Department and the DNR take a
look at this, as there are floodplain issues, and send zoning a recommendation.
The Committee recessed from 10:20 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Modifications to Tower Ordinance: Malick presented proposed ordinance to the committee. It
is the opinion of Corporation Counsel, that there is no conflict of interest for Malick to serve on
this committee and be part of the work group that edited the existing tower ordinance. Malick
went over proposed changes to the current ordinance. Discussion held. Motion by Malick,
1
second by Larson to table a decision on this ordinance. It will be placed on an agenda at a later
date.
