SECTION 17.15, AGRICULTURAL RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT

WHEREAS, Subchapter II, Sec. 17.15 of the St. Croix County Zoning Code outlines the
Agricultural Residential District regulations; and
WHEREAS, the County is authorized to enact regulations on the Agricultural
Residential District. This Chapter is adopted under the authority granted by Sec. 59.69,
Wisconsin Statutes; and
WHEREAS, the Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on
January 7, 2004 to consider amending the County regulation regarding regulations in the
Agriculture Residential District. The Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee has the authority to
recommend a change in the ordinance where they deem necessary.
THEREFORE, the Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee, having considered all
testimony presented at the hearing, recommend the County Board of Supervisors approve an
amendment to the St. Croix County Zoning code to add Section 17.15(6)(v) to read as follows:
Section 17.15(6)(v) Temporary establishment and operation of a portable ready -mix concrete plant
for the production of material to be used in the construction or maintenance of public roads, to be
limited in time to a specific project duration.
