CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURE TO AG-RESIDENTIAL ORDINANCE NO. 62'70 0 WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning and Zoning Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Zoning Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of GLEN AND HERMA HENSLEY on November 10, 2004, in the St. Croix County Agricultural Center in Baldwin, Wisconsin; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning and Zoning Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, and finding that the request meets the requirements of Wis. Statute 91.77, voted, on November 23, 2004, to approve a rezoning of the following described land: 216 +1- acres of land in the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4, part of the NE 1/4 of the SE '/4 and the SE '/4 of the SE 1/4, Section 17 and the SW 1/4 of the SW 1 /4, the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 and the NE '/4 of the SW 1/4, Section 16, all in T28N -R16W, Town of Eau Galle. Based on the following findings: 1. The parcel is in the rural planning area and is an appropriate use. 2. Site access is available from two town roads, 30 Avenue and 230 Street, which splits the site. 3. The Town of Eau Galle has reviewed the rezoning and recommends approval and has considered §91.77 in making their recommendation. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the 216 + / -acre parcel in the Town of Eau Galle is now rezoned from Agriculture to Ag- Residential.
