HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2004 (01) RESOLUTION APPROVING COLLECTIVE BARAGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY AND THE GGSS UNION (AFSCME) Resolution No. 1 (Z O Y -I St. Croix County, Wisconsin WHEREAS, St. Croix County and the General Government Support Services Union (AFSCME) were unable to negotiate all terms of a collective bargaining agreement for 2003 -2005; and WHEREAS, the State of Wisconsin utilizes mediation services to resolve all collective bargaining impasses between a county and county employees; and WHEREAS, Mediator David Shaw mediated terms of a collective bargaining agreement between the two parties; and WHEREAS, Wisconsin Statutes require that all collective bargaining agreements with county employees be approved by the county board of supervisors in open session. THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the collective bargaining agreement between St. Croix County and the General Government Support Services Union (AFSCME), including all tentative agreements, for the period of January 1, 2003 until December 31, 2005 is hereby approved.
