See the attached drawing to see the specific changes. WisDOT Designers will perform the design of the intersection St. Croix County will provide all necessary right of way easements and permits free of charge to the State for the purpose of construction of the CTH K intersection as proposed by the County. Describe non - participating work included in the project and other work necessary to finish the project completely which will be undertaken independently by the municipality: The municipality is not completing any work relating to this project and independent of this project, all utility alterations, additions, and adjustments will be included in the STH 64 roadway contract. 1 ESTIMATED COST Total Federal/ Municipal Project Phase Est.
