St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee recommends an across - the -board increase in the
2005 wages and salaries of the St. Croix County non - represented employees of 3 %; and
WHEREAS, a 3% increase reflects the internal pattern and the external public sector
trend for 2005.
THEREFORE, be it resolved that the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors approves
the across - the -board increase in the 2005 wages and salaries of the St. Croix County non -
represented employees of 3 %, effective January 1, 2005.
FURTHER, be it resolved that this increase be incorporated in to the 2005 St. Croix
County Budget.
