St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, the Administration Committee recommends that, in order to investigate the
possibility of consolidating or modifying a department when a department head vacancy occurs, the Rules
and By -laws of the Board of Supervisors of St. Croix County, Wisconsin be amended by creating the
following:
1. ARTICLE VI, Section E. When a depai tinent head vacancy occurs, the potential for
improving County govemment by modifying the position description and/or the organization of the

THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the amendment
set forth above be and is hereby approved.
