St. Croix County
WHEREAS, St. Croix County and the Labor Association of Wisconsin, Local 108, have
negotiated terms of a collective bargaining agreement for the years 2005 and 2006; and
WHEREAS, Wisconsin Statutes require that all collective bargaining agreements with
county employees must be approved by the County Board of Supervisors in open session;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the
collective bargaining agreement between St. Croix County and the Labor Association of
Wisconsin, Local 108, representing employees in the Sheriff's Department, for the period
from January 1, 2005 through December 31, 2006 is hereby approved.
