CROIX COUNTY ORDINANCES Resolution No. /C' ( - 2063 ) St. Croix County, Wisconsin WHEREAS, St. Croix County has no process for compiling, arranging and systematizing ordinances enacted by the Board of Supervisors; and WHEREAS, a process has been developed to codify all present and future ordinances directly affecting the public; and WHEREAS, this code form of organizing ordinances will make accessing and maintaining ordinances easier and more efficient; and WHEREAS, all existing ordinances directly affecting the public have been assigned a chapter number and organized within subject categories as shown on the attachment; and WHEREAS, all future ordinances directly affecting the public when enacted by the Board of Supervisors will be assigned a chapter number within an appropriate subject category; and WHEREAS, the County Clerk will keep the official code in hard copy on file in her/his office; and WHEREAS, as soon as practicable, the code will be put on the County's Intranet and Internet web sites. THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that all present and future County ordinances directly affecting the public be organized in the code system described above, and called the "St. Croix County Code ". FURTHER, be it resolved that the official code be in hard copy and kept by the County Clerk in her/his office.
