INITIAL RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
THE ISSUANCE OF
GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS
IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$6,790,000
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Board of Supervisors of St. Croix County, Wisconsin,
that there shall be issued, pursuant to Chapter 67, Wisconsin Statutes, General Obligation Bonds
in an amount not to exceed $6,790,000 for the purpose of paying the cost of refinancing the
callable portion of the County's $9,850,000 General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 1994A,
dated January 1, 1994.
