RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE ST.
CROIX COUNTY HUBER BUILDING ADDITION TO DELL CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY, INC.

St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, St. Croix County has received bids from contractors for the construction of
the Huber building addition to the Government Center building in Hudson, Wisconsin
based on plans and specifications prepared by Ayres & Associates, Eau Claire,
Wisconsin; and
WHEREAS, the bids were reviewed by Ayres & Associates; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bidder is Dell Construction Co. Inc., of Eau Claire,
Wisconsin, which submitted a bid of $1,811,200.00.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the
construction contract for the Huber building addition be and is hereby awarded to Dell
Construction Co. Inc., of Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
FURTHER, be it resolved that all agreements necessary to initiate and complete
construction be negotiated and executed by the Chair of the Board of Supervisors and the
County Clerk.
