GRANT APPLICATIONS FOR THE RECYCLING GRANTS TO RESPONSIBLE UNITS AND
RECYCLING EFFICIENCY INCENTIVE GRANT
RESOLUTION NO. 31 (A c 3)
St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, St Croix County hereby requests financial assistance under s. 287.23, Wis. Stats.,
Chapters NR 544, 542 and 549 Wis. Admin. Code, for the purpose of planning, constructing or operating a
recycling program with one or more components specified in s.287.11(2)(a) to (h), Wis. Stats.; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to designate an official or an employee of the county to act on its behalf
to submit an application for financial assistance, sign other necessary documents, and submit a final report.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the Planning
Director, an employee of St, Croix County, is hereby authorized to act on the County's behalf to:
1. To Submit an application to the Department of Natural Resources for financial assistance under
s. 287.23 Wis. Stat., Chapters NR 544, 542 and 549, Wis. Admin. Code;
2. Sign all necessary documents;
3. Submit a final report; and
4. Take other appropriate action as necessary.
